Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the training will incur an administration charge of AUD $110 (Incl. GST). Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations received within 30 days of the training.

 

Registrations are transferable to an alternate date or location up to 14 days before the workshop with no penalty. Individual registrations can also be transferred to another person at any time if you are unable to attend provided that the replacement individual meets the training eligibility requirements. Detailed information about the substitute person must be provided to the training organisers at the time of transfer.

 

In the event of a workshop cancellation, existing registrants will receive a full refund and may retain any pre-workshop materials received. Alternatively, registrations may be transferred to a future workshop if preferred. Please note that EMDRhub cannot reimburse any travel or accommodation expenses incurred and strongly recommends that all registrants purchase travel insurance.
